What happened? Did a secret slip somehow? Did the Deputy find out who he was and is now targeting him directly? What'll happen if Damian...

It's with these questions and many more boiling under her skin that Xion goes to find two people. Once she's got one boy, she'll pretty much just drag him around without really explaining till she finds the other. And when she does, she'll make sure they end up somewhere relatively private, alone, before turning to them and going: ]

He got Damian! [ with just a hint of breathless panic. ] What are we going to do?

First of all--[A punch to Shinnosuke's arm?] Anyway. Even if that worked it might not be effective. Remember the whole "see what you're meant to see" rule? It could cancel everything out somehow, this town's weird. [But...he chews his lip.]

Hear me out. I'm thinking of taking Papika. She's a lot stronger than she looks, plus she's Damian's roommate.

That's kind of what I was thinking, even though I know it wouldn't work. I think it'd be safer if more of us chose to break curfew...

[ Could the town really kill them all? Well, probably. It'd be more about playing on the likelihood. A huge gamble, but Percy's own risk is bigger.

She did. It's why I trust her outside with me. I'm good for up-close combat and she can back me in the distance. Hopefully it won't come to that and the coyotes will stay away.
