[ Well, for Particular Reasons, Xion decides to spend some time in the kitchen today doing her absolute best to cook.
She knows virtually nothing about it, and though she's got a recipe book open on a counter beside her as she works, she seems to be ... struggling. ]
I have the butter, I have the flour.... [ She groans. ] I don't even know what a whisk is!

Xion, who'd lit up for just a moment in happiness to see her friend, immediately sours with worry. ]

[ Then again. She is struggling. Xion frowns down at the ingredients and various items in front of her, then looks up at Jason again with a frown and a shrug that is mostly in her face. ]
... are you sure? I can figure it out...
[ She does not sound confident. ]

[Trying to wave away her concern with inappropriate jokes. He takes a look at the ingredients she has set out, before looking back at her.]
What recipe are you trying out? At least let me give you some pointers.

Well, I was going to try making cookies. I'm really lost, though. The ingredients I've been able to figure out, but some of the utensils I need are a total mystery.

Utensils? [Well. He did hear her complain about a whisk, didn't he?] You usually need a whisk and measuring cup for the batter — but what else does the recipe ask for? I'll help you track them down.
